Ms. Katie- Studio Director & Instructor
Ms. Katie, also known as Mrs. KT, grew up in Marlboro, NJ. She began dancing at 7 years old at her home studio, Dance Attitudes, and spent her summers training in New York City at the Joffrey Ballet School and the Complexions Contemporary Ballet School. KT was a competition dancer who won multiple regional titles and the national title of “Miss Senior Dancers Inc.” This accolade provided her with the opportunity to tour with Dancers Inc. and later become a competition judge for them. After graduating high school, KT attended Pace University, where she earned a BFA in Commercial Dance and a minor in Arts and Entertainment management. During her four years with Pace University’s Commercial Dance program, she trained with industry professionals such as Mandy Moore, Martha Nichols, Joey Dowling, Chloe Arnold, Tiler Peck, Dee Caspary, and more. During her time in NYC, KT performed at The Joyce Theater, Symphony Space, The Alvin Ailey Theater, and more! KT has been teaching dancers of all ages for over 12 years and is excited to bring her New York training to Naples, FL. Our DDF dancers are set to become the most dynamic our city has ever seen!
Miss Zoey- Studio Manager
Ms. Zoey a native of the small town of Park Hills, Missouri, is the dedicated office manager at Dynamic Dance Factory. She takes pride in her role, enjoying the variety of tasks she handles daily, but what she truly loves is creating a welcoming and home-like atmosphere for the studio's families. Zoey thrives on the challenge of learning something new each day and values the strong relationships she builds with the dancers and their families. Dance has been a lifelong passion for Zoey, beginning when she was just learning to walk and carrying her through her high school years. Outside the studio, she has a deep affection for animals and finds great joy in caring for them. When she needs a break, you'll often find her at the beach, soaking up the sunshine and relaxing with friends and family.
Miss Emma- Instructor
Ms. Emma’s passion for dance began at 3 years of age. Emma has studied and performed many styles of dance including ballet, pointe, modern, lyrical, contemporary, jazz and a wide variety of hip hop styles. Emma has performed in classic ballet productions, appeared in performances ranging from the Chicago Thanksgiving Day Parade to Flash Mob Events to half time shows for the Chicago Bulls, as well as traveled multiple times to dance for the International Tourism Festival in China. Emma has enjoyed performing and choreographing for local, regional and national dance competitions for her former dance studio and also for professional level competitions. During her tenure as a dance instructor and choreographer, she produced award winning routines for dancers aged 5-18. Emma earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois at Chicago, followed by earning a Masters of Human Anatomical Sciences from Northern Illinois University. Emma has taught anatomy and physiology at various colleges and universities in Illinois, Texas, and Florida. With nearly a decade of fitness and wellness experience as a coach, Emma is passionate about helping others along their health journey through education of exercise, nutrition, and living a sustainable healthy lifestyle! She is excited to share her passion for dance, and the creative expression of emotion through movement with her students.
Ms. Amanda- Instructor
Ms. Amanda grew up dancing and competing, and continued dancing through college at the University of Florida. As a student, she trained in the Royal Academy of Dance (R.A.D.) method of ballet and later pursued teacher training in the Cecchetti method. With over 10 years of teaching experience in ballet, jazz, lyrical, tap, and acro, Ms. Amanda has earned multiple choreography awards and has led award-winning competition teams. In addition to her passion for dance, she works full-time as a Paralegal and Supervisor for the State Attorney's Office. She is thrilled to be a part of the DDF faculty and to share her love of dance with the next generation.
Miss Mariah- Instructor
Ms. Mariah started her dance journey when she was three years old. Mariah grew up in northern Vermont and studied ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, hip hop, and musical theater at North Country School of Dance. She competed in many regional and national competitions, traveling around North America. Mariah started assisting with classes at age 12 and began teaching dance at age 16. Mariah studied elementary education at the University of Vermont where she also was a member of the UVM Dance Team. She now is an elementary school teacher, loves living by the beach and enjoys watching her students fall in love with dance in the studio!
Miss Belle- Instructor
Ms. Belle is thrilled to be a part of the Dynamic Dance Factory family! Belle began dancing at the age of 3 and continued all the way through her senior year of high school, spending most of that time at BDA, which is now known as DDF. Throughout her dance journey, she discovered a passion for teaching while assisting with classes, which inspired her to pursue a degree in special education. After college, Belle returned to Naples to start her career as a special education teacher, while also taking on the role of a part-time dance instructor. Her ultimate goal is to merge these two passions by bringing adaptive dance to the studio and fostering an inclusive environment within the dance community. Belle is excited to combine her love for dance and teaching at DDF and looks forward to contributing to the future of the studio.
Ms. Liliam- Instructor
Born in Cuba, Mrs. Liliam was educated at the School of Arts in her country and graduated in 1986 with a degree of “Ballet Dancer and Teacher.” Her professional career began at the age of 17 with the Company “Ballet de Camaguey,” under the Artistic Direction of Fernando Alonso, one of the most recognized personalities in the world of Ballet, Master and co-founder of the National Ballet of Cuba. She had the privilege of participating in several Ballet Festivals and Artistic Tours, performing an extensive repertoire including classical, neo-classical, modern and contemporary productions as a Corps de Ballet, Coryphaeus and Soloist. In 1996 she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Methodology of Ballet Teaching at the Superior Institute of Arts in Cuba. Later on , she danced and choreographed at the Lyrical Theater Company “Rodrigo Prats” of Holguin, co-founded The Camera Ballet of Holguin, Cuba and was a Guest Teacher at the Cuban Ballet School of Ensenada, Mexico.
Since 2005, Liliam has lived in Naples working as a Ballet Teacher and Choreographer in several schools. With over 39 years of artistic experience, she has had the opportunity to work with different teaching methods such as the Royal Academy of Dance(RAD), the Russian Vaganova School and the Cuban Ballet School. Her creativity and versatility are highlighted in her teaching. She works with children of all ages and adults; teaches Creative Movement, Pre-Ballet, all levels of Ballet school, Pointe, Variations, Floor Barre, Stretch and Modern classes. She is very passionate about her work and believes that, “Discipline, Concentration and Dedication to daily training is the key to success”
Miss Danii- Instructor
Daniella Castoria is a dynamic bicoastal actress, dancer, and singer. Born in New York and raised in New Jersey, she now splits her time between Los Angeles and the east coast and has trained extensively in ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, contemporary, acro, film, tv and musical theater. Daniella honed her craft as a competition dancer while expanding her versatility into singing and acting. She has spent many years training at esteemed institutions like Broadway Dance Center, Alvin Ailey, and Millennium. She toured as an apprentice for Triple Threat Talent Tour and can be seen in Prince Royce's Music Video Moneda, She has done commercials for PepsiCo Recycling and AARP Disrupt Aging Commercial, as well as playing the lead in the short films Disconnected and Satan's Seven. Daniella graduated with a BFA in Acting for Film and Television from Studio School Los Angeles. As a choreographer, Daniella has brought her creative vision to life in original works as well as productions like Shrek The Musical and Matilda the Musical for students in grades 4-8 in Los Angeles. As a director, she has directed multiple productions of Matilda The Musical, numerous virtual shows and even a virtual original musical! Furthermore, during the pandemic she dedicated her time to directing her first Virtual Agent and Manager Talent Showcase for young performers in New Jersey to give back to her hometown. Daniella can currently be seen judging for One Beat Dance Competitions (Beyond The Stars, Breakout, Groove & Reverb) and in professional productions throughout the country such as Diana Morales in A Chorus Line (Laguna Playhouse & Broadway Palm), Annette in Saturday Night Fever(Laguna Playhouse), Erato in Xanadu( Laguna Playhouse), Sapphire De La Tour/Joanne Klein/Flying Elvis in Honeymoon in Vegas (Slowburn Theatre), Ensemble/Alyssa Understudy in The Prom (Slowburn Theatre), Ella Patterson in Annie Warbucks(Surflight Theatre), Ensemble in Evita(Axelrod Performing Arts). Passionate about nurturing the next generation of artists, Daniella is dedicated to sharing her love for the performing arts and paving the way for those who come after her.
Mr. Matt- Instructor
Matthew Jean-Paul is a passionate hip-hop dancer and choreographer with a strong foundation in street dance and performance. Originally from Brooklyn, New York, Matthew began dancing at the age of 10, developing his style through hip-hop culture, rhythm, and movement.
In May 2007, Matthew began his teaching career in Cape Coral, Florida, where he quickly became known for his energetic classes, musicality, and ability to connect with dancers of all levels. His choreography blends classic hip-hop foundations with modern performance elements, creating classes that focus on confidence, technique, and stage presence.
Throughout his career, Matthew has worked with several respected studios including Edge Dance Studio, Robin Dawn Dance Academy, Backstage Dance Academy, and Dance Dimension, where he has trained and mentored young dancers while helping them grow both artistically and personally.
Matthew’s teaching philosophy centers on discipline, creativity, and authenticity. He strives to inspire dancers to express themselves through movement while honoring the roots of hip-hop culture.
Miss Amanda- DDF Admin
For Miss Amanda, joining the Dynamic Dance Factory team feels like a full-circle moment. After meeting Ms. Katie through a school dance club in eighth grade, she is now proud to welcome dancers and their families as a member of the DDF front desk team. Originally from Cuba, Amanda is bilingual in English and Spanish and enjoys connecting with families from all backgrounds. Her love for dance began through school performances, including opportunities to perform alongside well-known Cuban artists in Miami. She is currently a senior at Palmetto Ridge High School and is passionate about leadership, service, and making a positive impact in her community. Whether she’s answering questions or greeting dancers with a smile, Amanda strives to make every family feel welcomed and supported. She is grateful to be part of the DDF family and looks forward to helping make the studio a place where every dancer feels encouraged, supported, and inspired.
Miss Sophia- DDF Admin
Sophia Caldarone started dancing at 4 years old and immediately fell in love. Born in Naples, Florida, Sophia has trained at various dance studios in styles including ballet, jazz, and modern. She discovered a passion for sharing her love of dance early on and began assisting classes at age 10, a role she continues to enjoy today.
Sophia is currently a student at Aubrey Rogers High School and has lived in Naples her entire life. Her background in dance, along with her experience working with students and families, has helped her develop a strong welcoming presence displayed while she is working at the front desk.
As a member of the front desk team, Sophia is excited to be one of the friendly faces greeting DDF families each day. She takes pride in creating a positive, organized, and supportive environment, and is always happy to help answer questions and assist however she can. She loves the lively, welcoming atmosphere at DDF and is excited to be part of a team that makes every dancer feel at home.
Mr. Nick- Instructor
Nicholas Delgado is a professional actor, writer, filmmaker, and acting teacher with experience across film, television, voiceover, commercials, animation, video games, and theater. He earned his BFA in Acting from Pace University and has spent his career developing a versatile approach to performance that combines strong technical training with creativity, authenticity, and storytelling.
As an actor, Nicholas has worked across a variety of mediums and understands the unique skills required for each. His experience extends beyond performing, as he is also an accomplished screenwriter and filmmaker who has written, directed, and produced multiple short films and other creative projects. His work as a filmmaker has given him a deeper understanding of the entire production process and the collaborative nature of bringing a story to life.
Nicholas is passionate about teaching the next generation of performers and helping young actors discover their individual voices. His classes focus on building confidence, imagination, emotional awareness, character development, and strong storytelling skills while creating a fun and supportive environment. He believes acting is about more than simply memorizing lines- it is about learning how to listen, make bold choices, connect with others, and tell a story truthfully.
Whether working on stage, in front of the camera, or in the classroom, Nicholas brings his professional experience and passion for storytelling to everything he does.
Miss Ceci- Instructor
Ms. Ceci began dancing at 4 years old in a small town called Bellevue, Nebraska. Ms. Ceci had the privilege of learning various styles of dance, including ballet, tap, jazz, hip-hop, and pointe. She continued dancing at her hometown studio until she graduated high school in 2023. Notwithstanding the thought of walking away from her favorite pastime, Ceci joined the Competitive Dance team at her small Catholic college in Ave Maria, FL. This is what brought her here to Dynamic Dance Factory! She loves to share her deeply-rooted love for dance with her students, and is grateful for the opportunity to join the DDF fam!
Miss Ashley- Instructor
Miss. Ashley began her dance journey at two years old at her home studio Suzanne’s Dance Connection just outside of Boston, Massachusetts. Her favorite styles include Jazz, Contemporary, Hiphop, and Lyrical. Dance was always her happy place and shaped her teaching style and belief that Dance should be a safe space of self expression and JOY. She continued her dance training at Wagner College in New York City where she majored in Theater Performance with a concentration in Dance. She was also a member of their D1 dance team, which placed top 15 nationally. Her performance credits range from the National Tour of Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, opening for the Radio City Rockette’s, UDA Collegiate Competition, and more. As the pandemic hit, Miss. Ashley found a passion for shaping young dancers. Having coached high school to collegiate dance teams, competitive dancers, and everything in between Miss. Ashley is ecstatic to join the Dynamic Dance Factory Family. With a focus in technical development, expressive artistry, and a love to shape young minds to believe in themselves; Miss. Ashley is honored to work with the talented dancers of Dynamic Dance Factory.
Miss Kristin- Instructor
Noted Memphis choreographer Kristin Bihler began her dance career in New Jersey after being introduced to a wide variety of performing arts from a young age. Growing up in a family-owned theater and taking frequent trips to Broadway, dance and the performing arts quickly became her passion. Kristin began her teaching apprenticeship under a Giordano Jazz-based instructor in Memphis, Tennessee, and began teaching professionally in 1996. In 2002, she began creating and choreographing multi-scene works that blended dance, theatrics, and personal experiences, eventually developing her own jazz company and directing original productions. Her creative work has included the personal tragedy-based A Dark Night series and Enchantments: An Evening of Two Fairytales for younger dancers. After decades of teaching, choreography, and directing, Kristin is excited to bring her experience beyond Memphis and share her love of the performing arts with students of all ages throughout Southwest Florida.
Miss Katherine- Instructor
Ms. Katherine’s love of dance started at 3 years old! Katherine has studied and performed many styles of dance including tap, jazz, ballet, pointe, lyrical, contemporary, pom, and hip-hop. She has competed in many regional and national competitions. Katherine started assisting with classes at the age of 12 and began teaching/ assisting her own competition group at the age of 14. She studied early childhood/childhood education at Mount Saint Mary College in New York. She also has her masters in literacy education. She is now a 4th grade teacher and loves teaching in the sunshine! She is excited to be a part of the DDF faculty and eager to share her love of dance with aspiring young dancers.
Ms. Tina- Instructor
Tina Neira-Ciardullo is an award-winning choreographer, educator, and the founder/owner of TJE Dance Force, which she has proudly led since 1993. She began her dance training in the Children’s Program at American Ballet Theatre before continuing her studies at the prestigious Broadway Dance Center in New York City, where she trained with legendary jazz educators Frank Hatchett and Sheila Barker. She also studied classical ballet under Frank Ohman.
Tina enjoyed a successful professional performing career, dancing with Lisa Lisa & Cult Jam, the Clyde Beatty-Cole Bros. Circus, Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus, and Club MTV, gaining invaluable experience in live entertainment, television, and touring. She also worked as a catalog poser for costume companies, while also developing a passion for costume design that has become a part of her creative work.
Throughout her career, Tina has traveled across the United States teaching master classes and choreographing for dance studios and conventions. She has also choreographed for Miss New Jersey in the Miss America Pageant, showcasing her creative vision on a nationally recognized stage. Judging dance competitions as a head judge for KAR, Hall Of Fame and ON Stage America was a huge part of her career.
For more than 30 years, Tina has inspired generations of dancers through her passion for dance, innovative choreography, and commitment to excellence. Her award-winning choreography has been recognized at regional and national competitions, and under her leadership, TJE Dance Force has earned a reputation for exceptional training, artistic excellence, and a positive, family-oriented atmosphere. Her students have gone on to choreograph for Beyonce, dance for The Radio City Christmas Show and perform with such artists as Janet Jackson, Mariah Carey and Eddie Money. Tina currently has students dancing on competitive dance teams such as St. John University, Hofstra University and Ole Miss just to name a few.
Tina is dedicated to developing technically strong, confident, and well-rounded performers while instilling the values of discipline, teamwork, and a lifelong love of dance in every student she teaches.
Mr. Cole- Guest Instructor
Cole has over 25 years of international Ballroom Latin experience, winning a national title and representing the U.S at the world championships in Blackpool England at 12 years old. He did not take his first Ballet class until college, and by his sophomore year he danced professionally with a modern/contemporary company in NY, and was nominated for the largest art scholarship in the country by Montclair State University. Upon graduating, Cole signed with Bloc Talent Agency and appeared on SNL, The Blacklist, and in 2018 was one of the top 10 dancers that competed on the last live season 15 of Fox's 'So You Think You Can Dance'. Cole has since been living and working in LA as part of SAG AFTRA, appearing on Ellen, Kelly Clarkson, and assisting in choreography and movement direction. Now he choreographs for TV, stage, film, and maintains coaching for Modern/contemporary and Ballroom Latin dance and is a faculty member with IAX Dance Convention.
Coach Bella- Instructor
Coach Bella was a competitive dancer, gymnast, and cheerleader who discovered her passion for cheer in 2010. From that point on, the sport became a central part of her life, building confidence, work ethic, and commitment to excellence. With over 12 years of experience in All Star Cheer and 5 years of coaching, she has developed a strong foundation both as an athlete and coach.
Throughout her cheer career, she trained and competed with top teams such as TopGun TGLC, Double O, and Brandon All Stars Legacy, gaining high level experience in elite competitive environments.
